What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, so you can sign in and we can reach you about an order.
• Order details — the recipes you bought, the bKash number you paid from, and the transaction ID. We need these to verify the payment.
• Usage data — which recipes are viewed, liked, and shared. This is stored against your account when you are signed in, and anonymously otherwise.
• Anything you write — comments, reviews, and chat messages.

What we do not do

• We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We never see or store your bKash PIN. Payment happens entirely inside your bKash app; we only record the transaction ID you give us.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Cookies

We use two cookies. One holds your sign-in session so you stay logged in; it is HTTP-only and signed. The other holds your shopping cart so it survives a page refresh. Neither is used for advertising.

Your choices

Email hello@smartcooking.com to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Unsubscribe links appear at the bottom of every newsletter, and deleting your account removes your comments and reviews along with it.
